Welcome sister, I'm Lucy.
I’m a feminine yoga teacher and all round yoga enthusiast. I specialise in yoga for the menstrual cycle, menstrual disorders, and yoga for fertility. My passion for feminine yoga blossomed from my Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA) recovery journey.
As a yoga practitioner who has experienced HA, I understand the magnitude of this journey you are on and will offer you yogic tools to support yourself. These practices will reduce stress, re-connect you to your womb space and open you up to a deep place of internal listening.
Whether you are a complete novice to yoga, or have been a student for years, working with me is accessible and enjoyable. Healing is a life-long journey, requiring patience, self-compassion and self-belief. I am here to guide you on this beautiful road map.
Because of the support I received throughout my HA journey, I wish to offer my knowledge and services to others experiencing these challenges. Please reach out, I'd love to hear from you.



RECOVERY IS A LIFELONG JOURNEY, NOT A QUICK FIX
Engaging in these practices requires commitment and desire. HA carries very real physiological risks including osteoporosis (bone loss), infertility and the early onset of menopause.Â
The realities of HA are daunting, but rediscovering your cyclical feminine self is a journey of EMPOWERMENT.
Womb centred yogic practices will re-connect you to one of the defining experiences of womanhood: your menstrual bleed.

The yogic tools offered to you are specifically designed for women with HA and those needing fertility support. For you, this includes asanas to promote healthy blood flow to the womb space, pranayama to lower stressors, enquiry meditation exploring your personal menstrual her-story, and so much more.

Mixed Length Yoga Classes
Gentle, nourishing, female focused yoga. Practices are tailored to women experiencing HA as well as those needing fertility support.

Pranayama and Meditation
Pranayama (breath work) boosts pranic energy and clears the mind. Meditative techniques involve using affirmations, visualisations and mantras.

One-to-One Support
After an initial meeting, you may opt for private online live sessions, or personalised pre-recorded practices for you to keep forever.Â
